Robert Anthony Schuller is an American televangelist and author, formerly minister on the Hour of Power weekly television program that is broadcast from the Crystal Cathedral, a church founded by his father Robert H. Schuller in 1955 in Orange County, California. With over 25 million viewers worldwide, the Hour of Power is the fourth longest-running Sunday series in the United States. He is the best-selling author of Possibility Living and Walking in Your Own Shoes. where he was named senior pastor in 2006.

Schuller became an ordained minister in the Reformed Church in America, after receiving a Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, California. In 1981, he founded Rancho Capistrano Community Church in San Juan Capistrano, California, where he served as senior pastor for over 20 years. He founded the Rancho Capistrano Conference Center and the Rancho Capistrano School, offering pre-school, elementary school and middle school.

In 1987, he was one of the ministers who helped to raise $250,000 to rebuild La Carbonera, Mexico, which was heavily damaged by Hurricane Gilbert. He has taken more than 3,000 people on pilgrimages to the Holy Land. He partners with several non-profit/charitable organizations which help individuals worldwide.

From 1995 to 2000, Schuller hosted a popular radio show about health and wellness with guests such as Larry King, Robert Atkins, and Elizabeth Dole.

Following his father's retirement as senior pastor of the Crystal Cathedral in 2006, the younger Schuller served for two years as senior pastor. This year he is launching his own television and internet ministry. Schuller will also be a pastor emeritus at The Gathering, the church started by his son Robert V. "Bobby" Schuller and will be involved in its "St Patrick Project," a community outreach ministry.
