Mr. Kevin Quigley
President
National Peace Corps Association
Kevin F. F. Quigley is president of the National Peace Corps Association, a national membership organization for individuals influenced by the Peace Corps experience. Its mission is to foster peace through service, education, and advocacy. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Thailand.
Quigley's interest is in how non-governmental organizations work together with governments and corporations to address pressing social needs. He has held senior positions in civil society and government. These include:

- Executive Director of the Global Alliance for Workers and Communities
- Vice President of Policy and Business at the Asia Society
- Director of Public Policy at the Pew Charitable Trusts
Quigley holds a Ph.D. in comparative government from Georgetown University, a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University, and a Master’s in Anglo-Irish Studies from University College Dublin. He is adjunct faculty at School of Advanced International Studies at Johns Hopkins University and the School of Public and International Affairs at George Mason University.
Quigley has been a Woodrow Wilson Fellow, Fulbright Senior Specialist, Guest Scholar at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Resident Associate at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, and a US-Japan Leadership Fellow at the Keidanren in Tokyo. In addition to being the author of the book For Democracy's Sake, he has published articles in newspapers and magazines on a broad array of international issues. |
