GPF-Russia Within the framework of the Global Peace Festival, Russian Ambassadors for Peace decided to conduct in Moscow and other cities and regions of Russia a series of public events during 2008 under the motto “Peace in Heart - Love in the Family – Peace on Earth.” Our overall goal is to build a sustainable civil coalition that is able to provide national leadership to promote patriotic and family values, living for the sake of others, civic accord, peace and reconciliation, inter-ethnic and inter-religious cooperation, and dialogue among cultures and civilizations, through arts and culture, sports, service, and education.

GPF-Russia On April 24, an event of the Global Peace Festival was held in Moscow. UPF was invited to the Moscow Jewish Community Center to celebrate Passover. About 30 people attended the event represented various educational institutions and NGOs in Moscow. The Jewish Center served us Jewish traditional Passover food. Dr. Vladimir Petrovsky showed a PowerPoint presentation about the essence of the Global Peace Festival. A group of Peace Ambassadors attending the program shared their experiences with the hosts of the Jewish House about the main programs of Global Peace Festival in Russia.
