Paraguay Ministry of Education and Culture

The Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Paraguay is responsible for the national education system, including assuring the right to learn and equal opportunities of access to knowledge and the benefits of humanistic culture, science and technology, without discrimination.  The Ministry of Education and Culture served as a partner with the Global Peace Foundation of Paraguay in the recent Global Peace Festival Latin America 2010, held from October 20-22.  The Ministry also recently signed an MOU with GPF Paraguay to partner on a character education initiative in schools.
